Yes, every lead is exclusive to the buyer, which means we have not sold that lead within the previous 3 months.
What is considered a “Lead”?
A lead is any seller who is interested in selling their vacant land off-market.
What types of land do you provide leads for?

Lead Quality & Data
Each lead typically includes owner name, mailing address, property address (if available), parcel number, acreage, and contact information. The lead will also include answers to questions we ask on the cold-call and details about the property or the owner’s motivation that are divulged. We will always do our best to send you the number of leads that you purchase. However, if we are unable to generate the number of leads that you purchased from the market area that we are given, then we will either move on to targeting your lower-priority leads, or the amount for unfulfilled leads will be credited back to your account to be used on another market.
Yes, a phone number will always be provided. If available, email is provided as well. Most leads are sold on an on-demand basis, which means that you are receiving the lead the day it is generated. Sometimes leads may be up to a week old. While we target property owners likely to sell, motivation levels vary. Our leads include absentee owners, delinquent tax properties, and long-time owners who may be open to offers. Yes, we offer custom lead requests based on your target market. No, we will use our own data and skip tracing to provide leads to you based on the criteria that you give us. No, once you purchase the leads, the leads are all that you will receive. Yes, we provide discounts for high-volume orders and subscription-based plans. Yes, to maintain efficiency and deliver the best possible results, we require a minimum of 5 leads per market. Each market involves custom research and list preparation, and this minimum helps ensure the time and resources invested are worthwhile for both you and our team.
Sometimes we can’t fulfill an order completely. The most common example is someone ordering more leads than exist for a given geographic area and acreage range. We will continue to generate leads for the order as long as possible, but once the lead generation is exhausted, any unused funds will be returned to the customer’s wallet for use on a future order.
Ordering & Delivery

Your leads will be uploaded directly to your Best Land Leads account. Simply log into your account and click on “Leads” on the lefthand side. You can also search, filter, and export all of your leads into a spreadsheet to organize as you would like to! Leads start coming in 24–48 hours after you place your order and will continue until the requested lead limit is met.
We accept major credit cards and ACH Due to the nature of digital data, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive invalid or duplicate leads, we will replace them.
Using the Leads
Getting a lead on the phone is always the best and fastest way to negotiating a great deal. We provide sample scripts and proven outreach strategies for our customers. No, reselling leads is strictly prohibited under our terms of service. Our leads come in a standard CSV format that can be easily imported into most CRMs.
We strive for high accuracy, but if you encounter a bad lead, let us know, and we will work to replace it. Support & Additional Services

Right now our leads are only derived from cold-calling. In the future we plan to offer the ability to purchase SMS or direct mail leads.
Do you provide training or coaching on land investing?
